All prescription weight loss treatments dispensed through our service require clinical assessment and approval by our qualified pharmacist. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee the issue of a prescription.
Our pharmacist will review your consultation and medical history before making a clinical decision. You will be notified of the outcome by email. We may request additional information or refer you to your GP if necessary.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and are valid only for the individual named. Sharing or transferring medication to any other person is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider and are encrypted using SSL technology.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
If your consultation is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Deliveries are made via a tracked postal service. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Medication is packaged discreetly and securely to maintain confidentiality and integrity. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate delivery address is provided. Failed deliveries remain your responsibility to arrange re-delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and patient safety regulations.
If a product is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your personal and medical data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data is never sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
